Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do and from as low as SGD$3.05. Do drop us a message about your desired purchases and your postal address and we will revert within 2 business days with an accurate cost of shipping to your country. 
All our international shipping methods are trackable.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Singapore and Vietnam.

When will you ship my order out?

We usually take 2 business days to process, pack and ship your order.  
After your order has shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number in it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Bank transfers and ATM transfers. Our bank account information and transfer directions will be available after you complete your order, in the email confirmation we'll send to you.
For customers buying Chilly Bags, they can also pay by Paypal and standard Credit Cards via Paypal through the Chilly Bags online shop www.chilly-bags.com/shop

How do I track my order?

To track your order simply head over to Singpost's registered article tracking page at http://www.singpost.com/index.php?quickTool=TrackItem#Quick and key in the tracking number provided to you in our confirmation email. for e.g.: RR672819092SG.
Tracking results can take 24 hours to update from the time of shipment. Please note that if you selected a shipping option that does not have tracking (such as Normal Mail), you will not see a tracking link in your order details.
Singapore Addressees please note: Normal post/mail is non-insured and customers bear the risk of lost packages. We suggest forking out that extra $1.00 for registered mail. It helps you sleep better. If your package gets returned to us, we'll let you know so arrangements can be made for a resend.

Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?

Once an order has been confirmed by our confirmation email response to your message, it is usually not possible to make changes to the order. We do our best to pull and ship orders as quickly as possible which makes these types of changes very difficult. You can always contact us at  jadorejolie@chilly-bags.com to request a change to your order, and we will see if we can catch it before it ships.

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped. To request cancellation of an order, simply email   jadorejolie@chilly-bags.com. Please be sure to include the ORDER # in either the subject line or body of your email. If your order has already shipped, no cancellations are allowed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Please note that returns/exchanges are only done for defective items and must be done so within 7 working days from date of shipment . After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item. This policy was implemented to protect ourselves from customers who abuse the system. Email us at  jadorejolie@chilly-bags.com and we will do our best to make your shopping experience as wonderful as possible.
For defective items: 
If we sent a defective item, we'd gladly do an exchange with returns costs (normal mail) covered. However, the exchange has to be for the exact same item. If the exact same item is out of stock or unavailable, then an exchange for another item of equal or less value will be allowed.
To initiate your exchange/return, Simply :
(1) Email us at  jadorejolie@chilly-bags.com with the following details:
(a) invoice number 
(b) your name 
(c) reasons for the exchange
Note:
(1) We reserve the rights to accept exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. 
(2) J'adore Jolie is not responsible for any lost of postage(s) during the returning of the goods. 
(3) All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). 
(4) Exchanges must be made for items of equal or lessor value. 
(5) Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of J'adore Jolie.
(6) Strictly no meetups.

What is your refund policy?

Strictly no cash refunds will be done. Please read out return/exchange policy above to see if you qualify to have your items returned/exchanged.
